It is the policy of the Heritage Valley Family Medicine Residency Program to follow procedures for recruitment and appointment of residents that comply with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and American Osteopathic Association (AOA) educational qualifications and selection requirements. Eligible applicants will be selected on the basis of their preparedness and ability to benefit from the program, as well as aptitude, academic credentials, personal characteristics, and ability to communicate.
