Heritage Valley Health System's Family Medicine Center houses the office practice of the Family Medicine Residency Program. The resident physicians offer family medicine office visits and Prenatal Clinic services to patients in the surrounding communities by appointment.

Office Hours are Mon - Fri (except holidays) from 8:30 am to 4 pm. We are located at 1125 7th Avenue, Beaver Falls. For an appointment or more information call 724-773-8900.

An out-patient laboratory is located at this site and is open to the public as a walk-in service from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and 1 pm to 3:30 pm Mon through Friday (except holidays). For information about our laboratory services call 724.773.8917.
