The inpatient rehabilitation units at Heritage Valley Beaver and Heritage Valley Sewickley are designed to help prepare patients to resume normal activities in daily living and ease the transition from the hospital to home. Each 11-bed inpatient unit is located in a self contained area of each facility and includes a dining and gymnasium area, a mock living environment and speech therapy facilities. Because the units are located within main Heritage Valley hospital facilities, a full range of medical services is available when required.
