Heritage Valley Health System is currently in the midst of a $20M building addition and renovation project at its Heritage Valley Beaver campus. The new three-story building addition will include an expanded Emergency Department, GI Lab and shell space for future expansion. The renovation includes a future heart and vascular center, improved parking lot and a new main entrance to the hospital.
Throughout the duration of the project, quality healthcare and services will not be compromised.

During the expansion project, parking patterns for Heritage Valley Beaver will change. At the end of August 2008, we will begin resurfacing the emergency department parking lot which will minimize the number of parking spots available for a period of time. Following this project, the current administrative parking lot will be converted to a new “main entrance” to the hospital. This lot (“Temporary A”) will primarily be used for handicapped parking and valet parking. Free valet services will be offered at this temporary main entrance during the life of the project.
Beginning in October, several parking spots in the “main” lot will be unavailable due to construction of the new building addition and the temporary closing of the current main entrance. Patients will be rerouted to the free valet or one of the other three hospital entrances.
