Beaver, PA (February 4, 2008) – The Medical Center Foundation has announced its board leadership for 2008. Donald Flick will continue to serve as chairman, I. David Atcheson, DMD, is the vice-chair, and Judy Madder will serve as the secretary/treasurer.
Flick has served as the chairman of the Medical Center Foundation board for two years and in that capacity, is also a member of the Heritage Valley Health System board of Directors. Flick is a senior account executive with METLIFE in Monaca. He is a graduate of the American College. Flick also serves as a board member of the Greater Pittsburgh Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the Salvation Army Advisory Board, the Beaver County Cancer and Heart Association, and is a member of the Beaver Falls Rotary. Don and his wife Shirley reside in Patterson Township.
Atcheson has been a board member of The Medical Center Foundation for five years. He is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon with offices in Beaver and East Liverpool, OH. He is a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh, where he also earned his DMD. He did his oral surgery training at the University of Miami. Atcheson also serves on the Advisory Board of Penn State Beaver. Dave and his family reside in Chippewa.
Madder has served on The Medical Center Foundation board for five years. She is a former board secretary of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Beaver County. She is also a pastoral council member of Christ the Divine Teacher Church in Chippewa. Judy and her husband Bob reside in Patterson Township.
