– Heritage Valley Health System’s philanthropic foundation for its Beaver campus welcomes two new members to its Board of Directors: Bob Terwilliger and Phyllis Loffreda-Mancinelli.

Bob Terwilliger is the director of aviation for Clough, Harbour and Associates (CHA), an 800 person, full service engineering firm headquartered in Albany, NY. He holds an Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the State University of New York at Dehi. He serves on the Board of Directors for the PA Society of Professional Engineers, Beaver County Chapter and is a member of several professional organizations. Bob is also an active member of the Pittsburgh Airport Area Chamber of Commerce where he previously served as chairman and received the PAACC Corporate Business Person of the Year award in 2005. He resides in Beaver with his wife Allison.

Phyllis Loffreda-Mancinelli is the co-president for the Beaver County Medical Society Alliance and an Italian translator for the University of Pittsburgh. She received an Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Moraine Valley College at Ingalls Hospital in Illinois and is also a graduate of the Berlitz Language School in Rome, Italy. She resides in Beaver with her husband Dr. Claudio Loffreda-Mancinelli.
