Moon Township, PA, (January 7, 2011) – The Board of Directors of Heritage Valley Health System recently announced its new board leadership for 2011. The leadership team, effective January 1, 2011 is comprised of: Garry Hogan, Chair; G.R. Orr III, Vice Chair; Johannah Robb, CPA, Secretary; and A. Gary Chace, Treasurer.

Gary Hogan (Chair) is a retired senior vice president in the financial securities industry for 28 years. He previously served on two of Heritage Valley’s predecessor boards from 1982-1983 and again from 1989-1996 and served on the Heritage Valley Health System board from 1996-2007. He was chairman from 1999-2001.

G.R. Orr III (Vice Chair) is the first vice president/co-branch manager of the Janney Montgomery Scott office in Beaver. He has served on the Heritage Valley board since 2008.

Johannah Robb, CPA (Secretary) is the business administrator for both the Hopewell Area School District and the Aliquippa School District. She has served on the Heritage Valley board since 2006.

A. Gary Chace (Treasurer) is retired from Mellon Bank where he served as senior vice president and manager of the Energy Services Group. He has served on the Heritage Valley board since 2006.
