Moon Township, PA, (August 31, 2012) – The Heritage Valley Sewickley Foundation is partnering with the Sewickley Valley YMCA and Quaker Valley Middle School to host the Fifth Annual Sewickley 5K – Heart & Sole 5K on Saturday, September 22, 2012. This fun run and walk is open to everyone and families are encouraged to participate together. The race will begin at 8:30 a.m. at War Memorial Park in Sewickley. The race route will take runners through the historic streets and neighborhoods of Sewickley with the final leg of the race finishing back at War Memorial Park.

Advanced registration fees are $15 for individuals, $30 for family, and $5 for kids 12 and under. Registration fees on the day of the race are $20 for individuals, $35 for family, and $8 for kids.
