- The Board of Directors of Heritage Valley Health System recently announced its new board leadership for 2013. The leadership team, effective January 1, 2013 is comprised of: G.R. Orr III, Chair; Dennis Pegden, PhD, Vice Chair; Johannah Robb, CPA, Treasurer; and A. Gary Chace, Secretary.
Additionally, Heritage Valley Health System welcomes Elisa DiTommaso to its Board of Directors as a new member.
Elisa DiTommaso is a civic and community leader in the Sewickley and Pittsburgh area. Elisa received her BS in Accounting from Penn State University, is a certified public accountant, and has an extensive background in corporate finance and capital markets, working in Pittsburgh and on the west coast at NYSE-listed companies. Most recently, Ms. DiTommaso was the Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for iStar Financial and Chief Financial Officer for TriNet Corporate Reality Trust where she was responsible for financial management and policies, corporate development, compliance, credit policy, investor relations, and information systems.
In addition to serving on the Heritage Valley Board, she is President of the Child Health Association of Sewickley, a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization engaged in charitable giving and volunteer service to improve the quality of life of children in Western Pennsylvania. She, her husband Jack Burns, and two children reside in Sewickley.
