You will be billed a $5 daily charge for telephone and television services. If you do not want phone and TV service, you must call 888.891.6523 to cancel it immediately after you are admitted to your room. Otherwise, charges (up to $50) will be billed to most patients' home telephone account; charges above $50 will be included on a separate bill from Pathway Solutions or TB&A. Some patients whose telephone service is through a small phone company will receive their entire charge on a bill from Pathway Solutions or TB&A.

You can call the nurse by pressing the “nurse” call button on the hand-held television control or by pressing the button on the side rail of your bed.
