You will be billed a daily charge for television services ($7.25 at Heritage Valley Beaver, $5.00 at Heritage Valley Sewickley). If you do not want TV service, you must call
1-800-288-7351 to cancel it immediately after you are admitted to your room. There will be a maximum charge of $101.50 at Heritage Valley Beaver and $50.00 at Heritage Valley Sewickley. For your convenience you do not need to pay for these services while you are in the hospital. Fees will be placed on the ESBI bill page of your monthly home telephone bill. You must be 18 years or older and duly authorized by the account owner to make and/or incur charges on the telephone account number provided to the hospital.
Please call 1-800-288-7351 if you elect not to use these services, if you have any questions or would like to make other payment arrangements (i.e. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, etc.)
