Dear Applicant,

Heritage Valley Sewickley School of Nursing welcomes your application.  Classes start only once a year, in October. There are several steps to the application process.  You must complete the following in order for you application to be considered:

Complete Application
Submit $50 Application Fee
Submit OFFICIAL Transcripts (High School and College)
Pre-requisites completed or in process
3 Professional References
Schedule and take Pre-Admission Exam

Once ALL the information in your Application File is complete, it is forwarded to the Admissions Committee for review.  Qualified applicants will be selected to move forward to an Information Session that will be schedule by the School Registrar.

Our deadline for a COMPLETED application file is June 30, 2013 in order to be considered for the Fall of 2013.
