Each resident is assigned a faculty advisor who meets with him/her regularly to set rotation-specific and personal learning goals, and to assess the progress they have made toward achieving them. Residents are also evaluated by their attending physicians on the services to which they are assigned. The faculty advisor formally reviews the evaluations with the resident on a quarterly basis. Residents are also expected to evaluate rotations and their attending physicians. Evaluation forms are required to be completed immediately following the rotation(s) in order to receive credit for completion of the rotation.

Residents are also given the opportunity to provide anonymous feedback regarding faculty performance and the quality of their training on an annual basis.
