With well over 300 quality residency programs in the United States, how can you select one that meets your need? Let us introduce you to the PM&S-36 program at Heritage Valley Beaver, Beaver, PA.

The program has been in existence for over 20 years. It has evolved from a one-year program to a quality three-year PM&S-36 program. We are approved for two residents in each training year. Heritage Valley Beaver is a progressive 358-bed facility with state–of-the-art technology. All rotations from surgery, orthopedics and vascular to emergency medicine and pediatrics are provided at the hospital. The program is affiliated with four other hospitals within 1-hour driving distance of the sponsoring hospital to enhance the surgical training. All physicians on the faculty are board certified in their specialty. All podiatrists involved in resident training are boarded by the ABPS and ABOPP. Podiatric Surgery experience is provided through all three years. Each resident performs 750 cases/1200 procedures.
