Heritage Valley Sewickley School of Nursing's goal is to provide the highest quality educational program. Students are expected to adhere to high standards of personal and professional conduct. This includes appropriateness of dress, respect for self and for others, cooperation, dependability, confidentiality, accountability, integrity and commitment.
Policies to promote a drug-free environment prohibit the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of illicit drugs and alcohol in all School of Nursing and Heritage Valley Health System premises, clinical affiliations, and any related activities.
Heritage Valley Sewickley School of Nursing reserves the right to dismiss any student whose academic achievement, health, conduct or nursing practice makes it inadvisable to permit continued enrollment in the program.
The faculty reserves the right to change academic and program policies. The student body will be notified of the changes in writing. Special recommendations may be made by faculty pertaining to individual students.
