Completion Rates for Students

The student must complete the program within three (3) years of beginning the nursing courses.

Class of 2005

81% of the students enrolled in the program graduated.

Class of 2006

79% of the students enrolled in the program graduated.

Class of 2007

72% of the students enrolled in the program graduated.

According to Federal Regulations, Heritage Valley Sewickley School of Nursing is required to also disclose its completion or graduation rates for a specific grouping of students.  This "cohort" group is made up of full-time undergraduates entering post-secondary education for the first time.

As of July 2004:

Of the nineteen (19) students admitted between July 2000 and June 2001, two (2) students were first time, full-time undergraduates; one (1) of these students, or 50% graduated from the Heritage Valley Sewickley School of Nursing.
As of July 2005:

Of the forty-eight (48) students admitted between July 2001 and June 2002, twelve (12) students were first time, full-time undergraduates; eight (8) of these students, or 67%, graduated from the Heritage Valley Sewickley School of Nursing.
As of July 2006:

Of the forty-seven (47) students admitted between July 2002 and June 2003, eleven (11) students were first time, full-time undergraduates; eight (8) of these students, or 73%, graduated from the Heritage Valley Sewickley School of Nursing.
