NCLEX Preparation is designed to provide students with the tools to successfully pass the National Council of Licensing Examination (NCLEX). Emphasis is placed on the students’ active participation in the learning process. Content includes the current NCLEX-RN Test Plan, strategies to improve test taking skills, types of test items on NCLEX, computer adaptive testing, preparing for NCLEX, developing a study plan and strategies for managing test anxiety. Students are given a series of standardized tests in order to assess and strengthen their ability to think critically and conceptually.
