Applicants are required to provide either official high school transcripts or a copy of their GED scores. Applicants with post-secondary education are required to submit official transcripts of credits earned, and to achieve an acceptable QPA as determined by the Admissions Committee. The Registrar of the School of Nursing evaluates college credits previously received and determines courses acceptable for transfer.
Anatomy and Physiology I and II, and Microbiology will not be accepted for transfer credits if they are more than 10 years old. Grades of C- or below will not be accepted for transfer credits.
Vocational school credits are not transferable.
The final official high school transcript with graduation date must be submitted prior to enrollment.
