Heritage Valley Sewickley School of Nursing

The School of Nursing is part of Heritage Valley Health System, which includes two major community hospitals - Heritage Valley Beaver and Heritage Valley Sewickley. Founded in 1916, the School of Nursing has graduated more than 2,000 nurses.

Women and men of all ages and backgrounds (both recent high school graduates and adults desiring a career change) enter the nursing program at Heritage Valley Sewickley School of Nursing. Family Medicine Residency

Established in 1979, the Family Medicine Residency Program is fully accredited with 120 board-certified graduates. The program provides training for 18 residents (six per year) with an innovative curriculum that fosters development of the skills necessary for practicing family medicine. An emphasis is placed on hands-on care and learning procedural skills. Family medicine residents deliver more than 200 babies per year, and receive extensive training in pediatrics and internal medicine. Visit Family Medicine Residency>>
Podiatric Residency

The first year of Heritage Valley Beaver program is a Primary Podiatric Medical Residency. During this time, residents rotate through the offices of the nine podiatry attendings, and assist with outpatient surgical procedures in the office and at area hospitals. Visit Podiatric Residency>>
