Heart disease is our area’s leading cause of death. Heritage Valley Health System cardiology services are convenient and comprehensive. They include:
- A staff of 21 cardiologists
- Three cardiothoracic surgeons
- Diagnostic services that include:
- Stress testing
- Cardiac stress testing
- Nuclear perfusion imaging
- Full range of echocardiography services
- Cardiac catheterization
- Interventional procedures such as balloon angioplasty and stent placement
- Critical care and cardio/pulmonary care patient units
- Heartworks cardio/pulmonary rehabilitation
EKG services are offered at five locations. Each site provides varying levels of service, some of which may require prior scheduling. Please call to confirm that your testing is available at the site you plan to visit. Bring your physician’s order when you come.
