INGREDIENTS:
1 prepared pie crust
FILLING:
1 15 oz. can pumplin puree
3/4 cup Splenda® granular
2 tbs. Corn starch
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 egg white
1/3 cup fat-free half-and-half
3tbsp. Heavy cream
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. Sugar-free maple syrup
2 eggs
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Blend pumpkin puree, Splenda® granular cornstarch, spices, and salt in a medium bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well blended. In a separate bowl mix together the remaining ingredients. Stir well. Add to pumpkin mixture and stir well.
- Pour pumpkin filling into prepared pie crust. Bake in preheated 400°F oven for 35-40 minutes or until set in the center and the crust is golden brown.
