Carl F. Dando, MD, RVT, RPVI
Dr. Dando is Board Certified by the American Board of Phlebology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. Additionally, heis certified as a registered vascular technologist (RVT) and Phlebology Sonographer (RPhS). He is also a registered
physician in vascular interpretation (RPVI) by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), the primary national organization for accreditation of vascular specialists. Dr. Dando practiced general internal medicine in Sewickley for 17 years. He has been a vein medicine specialist exclusively since 2006, having personally performed over 4,000 endovenous laser procedures and 5,000 sclerotherapy sessions.
Corrie Manjoo, MD, MPH
Dr. Manjoo has a Masters of Public Health in the epidemiology of chronic disease and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. She has experience in Diabetes and Lipid Research. She joined the Heritage Valley Heart and Vascular Center in September 2008 as a physician focused solely on the specialty of venous disease. She evaluates patients, performs duplex ultrasound venous scanning, ultrasound guided and visual sclerotherapy, and assists with endovenous laser ablations.
Rajdeep Sandhu, MD
Dr. Sandhu’s expertise encompasses the complete range of vascular services from diagnostic to interventional, including endovascular and open operative alternatives. He is a graduate of the Dartmouth Medical School and completed his residency in general surgery at University of Nebraska Medical Center. He received additional training in Vascular Surgery at the University Hospitals, Case Western Reserve University and was selected for a fellowship opportunity in Advanced Endovascular Interventions at Malmö Hospital, University of Lund in Sweden.
P. Scott Seibel, MD
Dr. Seibel has over two decades of experience with the diagnosis and treatment of the cardiovascular system including venous disorders. He is Board Certified in General and Cardiovascular Surgery. In addition to performing open and minimally invasive venous procedures, Dr. Seibel’s experience includes clinical and laboratory research on venous pathology at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center and the Allegheny-Singer Research Institute. Dr. Seibel founded Total Vein Care Centers in 2007 as a part of Tri-State Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery. He is also a registered vascular technologist (RVT) and a registered physician in vascular interpretation (RPVI). Dr. Seibel has been on the medical staff at Heritage Valley Beaver since 1998 and has served as Chairman of the Department of Surgery.
