Heritage Valley Offers Scheduled Coronavirus COVID-19 Testing
To better serve the community during this coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Heritage Valley Health System is adding scheduled COVID-19 testing at all seven ConvenientCare walk-in clinics to the established HVHS drive-thru testing at one location.
Scheduled COVID-19 Testing at ConvenientCare
Heritage Valley Health System is now offering COVID-19 testing at all seven of our ConvenientCare locations. Patients can obtain testing after completing a telehealth/telephone visit with a provider at one of the seven ConvenientCare locations or by calling our COVID Call Center at 724-773-4285. Once a visit is completed and the test ordered, patients will be directed to a ConvenientCare location for testing. Patients will be able to drive up to one of the four test sites, listed on the right, and remain in their car while clinical staff come to the car and assist in the collection of the COVID-19 sample. Patients must be at least 2 years old to have testing done at these ConvenientCare sites. After having samples taken, individuals are strongly encouraged to self-quarantine at home until the test results are received.

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Testing will only be available for patients who have an authorized order from their Heritage Valley provider of Heritage Valley ConvenientCare in advance of arriving at the testing site. Patients must be at least 2 years old to have testing done at the drive-through sites. An appointment must be scheduled through Heritage Valley Scheduling at 1-800-721-6237. Appointments will be scheduled every 5 minutes.
Patients will be able to drive up to the testing site and remain in their car while clinical staff collects the nasal test sample. A photo ID is required.
After having samples taken, individuals are strongly encouraged to self-quarantine at home until the test results are received. Individuals will be contacted by their Primary Care Physician with results.
