Dr. Rebecca Welch received her undergraduate degree from Penn State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in both Biology and Nutritional Sciences. She obtained her Medical Degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine. Dr. Welch completed her residency and internship at Allegheny Health Network/Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Welch is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
