Justine Kostrub, MD received her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed her family medicine residency at Heritage Valley Family Medicine Residency Program in Beaver, Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians (PAFP) and the Beaver County Medical Society (BCMS).
