Jyothi R. Patri, MD earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed her Postgraduate Year 1 Residency at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine Family Medicine Residency program. She earned her Master’s in Health Administration from Midwestern State University in Texas, and her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Gandhi Medical College in India. In 2019, she was recognized as a “Top Physician under 40” by the Pennsylvania Medical Society. Prior to joining the Heritage Valley Family Medicine Center in early 2026, Dr. Patri worked as a Family Physician and Lifestyle Medicine Physician in Fresno, CA.
Dr. Patri is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine and in Lifestyle Medicine by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She also holds a Hospice Medical Director Certification, as well as a Certification in Women in Leadership from the University of Notre Dame. In addition, Dr. Patri has been selected for candidacy on The Board of Directors for The American Academy of Family Physicians.
