Heritage Valley Health System Foundation serves as the fundraising organization for Heritage Valley Beaver and Heritage Valley Sewickley, and programs and services of Heritage Valley Health System. The Foundation supports the mission of Heritage Valley Health System – to improve the health and well-being of all people in the communities we serve.
The Foundation was created with community support and thrives today thanks to the generosity of our local communities, associates, patients and friends.

Cheers! to Good Health
Thank you to all sponsors, vendors, auction donors and participants who made the Heritage Valley Health System Foundation’s 2026 Cheers! to Good Health event a success! Approximately 300 people enjoyed delicious cuisine from a dozen different restaurants/caterers at the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott. Participants enjoyed wine, spirits, beer, lattes, and other non-alcoholic options from a variety of beverage vendors as well. Local artist George Williams entertained and amazed the crowd by painting three beautiful pieces that were auctioned off with approximately 30 other items. In all, the event raised nearly $125,000 for security enhancements in the Emergency Departments at Heritage Valley Beaver and Heritage Valley Sewickley hospitals.
Turkey Trot 2025
We appreciate everyone who supported the 2025 Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot, a joint project of the Heritage Valley Health System Foundation and the Sewickley Valley YMCA! Despite the low temperatures, a record crowd of over 2,060 participants took part in the 5K Run/Walk, successfully raising approximately $55,000 for the Sewickley YMCA’s Faith in Action program.
