Heritage Valley Health System is pleased to welcome Joseph J. Ciocca, MD and nurse practitioner Alison Fowlow to their new practice location in Beaver at 1200 Sharon Road, Suite 101. Dr. Ciocca is an Obstetrician/Gynecologist and joined the Heritage Valley Beaver Medical Staff in October 2013.
Dr. Ciocca received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey and earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He completed his OB/GYN residency at Magee-Women’s Hospital in Pittsburgh where he obtained extensive experience in pelvic, vaginal, and laparoscopic surgery; urogynecology procedures, including cystoscopy; operative vaginal deliveries; and management of complicated obstetric and gynecologic patients.
Dr. Ciocca is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and member of the Beaver County Chapter of the Pennsylvania Medical Society.
