COVID-19 Vaccine Update

The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is available for individuals ages 12* and up by appointment at Heritage Valley Health System ConvenientCare locations in Center and Robinson Townships. Vaccine appointments are available between the hours of 8 AM and 5:30 PM at Center Township and between 8 AM and 5:30 PM at Robinson Township.

Those interested in receiving a vaccine are asked to register online at heritagevalley.org or call 724.770.7555 for an appointment. Appointments are required; walk-in times are not available.

Covid-19 Boosters

Heritage Valley is currently providing boosters to immunocompromised patients with the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine. If you are immunocompromised and want to receive a booster vaccine, please call 724-770-7555 to schedule your appointment. These boosters are currently being administered at the Center Township and Robinson Township ConvenientCare locations as noted above.

 *Unemancipated minors who are ages 12 to 17 years old may only receive the COVID vaccine with the consent of a parent or guardian and proof of identification. However, parental consent may be waived if the minor can provide proof 1) of high school graduation, OR 2) of a prior or current marriage, OR 3) that the minor has been or is pregnant.


Vaccine Cards Available

Upon completion of the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, each person will receive proof of vaccination.
