Medical Assistant Hiring Bonus!

Heritage Valley is offering a sign-on and retention bonus to full-time certified and non-certified Medical Assistants. Medical Assistant II (Certified Medical Assistant)

Medical Assistant II positions, or certified Medical Assistants, will receive a $2,000 bonus that will be distributed as follows based on satisfactory work performance and employment in good standing: 

  • $500 sign-on bonus to be included in the appropriate pay following 30-days of employment and receipt of a signed agreement.
  • $750 retention bonus to be paid after satisfactory completion of 1 year of employment as a full-time MA II.
  • $750 retention bonus to be paid after satisfactory completion of 2 years of service as a full-time MA II.  

Medical Assistant I (Non-certified Medical Assistant)

Medical Assistant I, or non-certified Medical Assistants, will receive a $1,500 bonus that will be distributed as follows based on satisfactory work performance and employment in good standing:  

  • $500 sign-on bonus to be included in the appropriate pay following 30-days of employment and receipt of a signed agreement.
  • $500 retention bonus to be paid after satisfactory completion of 1 year of employment as a full-time MA I (or MA II, if certification is obtained following hire date).
  • $500 retention bonus to be paid after satisfactory completion of 2 years of service as a full-time MA I (or MA II, if certification is obtained following hire date).
