Our office accepts Medicare, Medicaid and essentially all major insurances, including most HMOs.


If you are new to our practice, we ask that you arrive at our office 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete paperwork. Please bring your insurance information with you.

Susan T. Logut

Susan T. Logut, PA-C, joined Heritage Valley Sewickley Primary Care in November 2001. Graduating from St. Francis College in Loretto, PA, Ms. Logut is a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants. Her experience includes clinical work in Family Practice, and Gynecology, Family Planning Services. This is in addition to her over ten years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine. She is nationally board certified, licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. 

Dr. Hogan is board-certified in Internal Medicine. Most patients will be seen in our primary care office located in Heritage Valley Sewickley.

At Heritage Valley Sewickley Primary Care we are dedicated to providing the best medical care for our community and patients. Dr. Hogan is board-certified in Internal Medicine. Our goal is excellence in the diagnostic evaluation, medical treatment and preventative care of adults. Most patients will be seen in our primary care office located in Heritage Valley Sewickley.

If hospitalization of our patients is necessary, we utilize the Heritage Valley Multispecialty Group Hospitalist Service. Information regarding the physicians in this group is available by clicking here.
