Susan T. Logut, PA-C, joined Heritage Valley Sewickley Primary Care in November 2001. Graduating from St. Francis College in Loretto, PA, Ms. Logut is a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants. Her experience includes clinical work in Family Practice, and Gynecology, Family Planning Services. This is in addition to her over ten years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine. She is nationally board certified, licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.
Michele Trunzo, MSN, CRNP, joined Heritage Valley Sewickley Primary Care in January 2010. She started her nursing career in 1993 after graduating with an Associate’s degree in nursing from the Community College of Beaver County. Michele has worked as a staff nurse in Critical Care and also on the Progressive Care units for more than 16 years at Heritage Valley Health System. Michele received her Bachelor’s degree in Science and Nursing from Carlow University in 2007, where she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. In 2009, she completed her Master’s degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Carlow University. She is nationally board certified, licensed in the state of Pennsylvania, and is also a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Vicki Hawrylak de Carrasco, PA-C, came to Heritage Valley Sewickley Primary Care in November 2014. She has been working as a physician assistant since graduating from Gannon University, and has experience in orthopedics, family practice, and 20 years in emergency medicine. She spent 2 years working in rural Ecuador for the United States Peace Corps, and seasonally staffed a clinic for migrant workers and their families in Gettysburg, PA. She is nationally board certified and is licensed to work in Pennsylvania.
All of our physicians are board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice. Most patients will be seen in our primary care office located in Heritage Valley Sewickley.
At Heritage Valley Sewickley Primary Care we are dedicated to providing the best medical care for our community and patients. All of our physicians are board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice. Our goal is excellence in the diagnostic evaluation, medical treatment and preventative care of adults. Most patients will be seen in our primary care office located in Heritage Valley Sewickley.
