Dr. James Priola is board certified in Osteopathic Medicine and Family Practice. He is committed to the community that surrounds us and our patients and support many of the local school organizations in the area. We are located at  3113 Green Garden Road, Aliquippa, PA  15001..

We are a family practice that takes pride in treating patients from age 5 until end of life. Family Practice Associates specializes in Family Practice, but our services also include:

  • Preventative Health Care
  • Physicals
  • Routine Exams
  • Care for ages 5 and up in our community
  • EMG’s, EKG’s, Strep testing, Pulmonary Function testing, Bloodwork, Vaccinations

We accept Medicare and Medicaid Plans, and essentially all major insurance plans, including many commercial plans.

If you are a new patient, new patient forms will need to be filled out. Insurance information is due upon check-in, along with any copays required as part of your insurance agreement.

If you cannot keep an appointment, please call within 24 hours so that appointment time may be utilized for someone who may need it.

We see patients by appointment only.  Prescription refills should be called in at least 48 hours before the patient is completely out.  The third no-show appointment will be billed at the rate of the lowest office charge as will and other no-shows thereafter.
