Trinity Family Practice is a division of Heritage Valley Multispecialty Group, part of Heritage Valley Health System. Caregivers include three physicians, two physician assistants and one nurse practitioner. We are committed to providing our community with the highest quality of health care by treating the whole patient, body, mind and spirit.

Our services include treatment of:

  • Pediatrics of all ages
  • Women’s health care
  • Geriatrics
  • Physical exams
  • Preventative health care
  • Minor surgical procedures
  • Immunizations

If at any time one of our patients needs to be admitted to the hospital, care in the hospital is provided by the Heritage Valley Hospitalist Program. Our physicians work collaboratively with the hospitalist to manage patient care after discharge.

Same day sick appointments may be available or referred to Heritage Valley ConvenientCare. Non-urgent appointments will usually be seen within three to five days. Routine appointments and physicals will be scheduled from two to four weeks. If a specific provider is requested, their schedule may determine the length of time it takes to schedule an appointment.

Appointments should be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. This will enable our office to utilize the providers’ time as efficiently as possible. There will be a $25.00 charge for any non-canceled appointments or appointments canceled without 24-hour notice.

Insurance, phone and address information should be updated with the receptionist at each appointment.

All co-pays and self-pays are required at the time of appointment.  MasterCard, Discover, VISA, American

Express, checks and cash are acceptable methods of payment.

Please allow 48 to 72 business hours to process medication refills.  Please leave the following information when calling for medication refills:

  • name with spelling
  • date of birth
  • telephone number
  • pharmacy where requesting refill
  • name of the medication to be refilled

If your insurance requires a referral, you will need to leave your name and telephone number, the name of the specialist, and the date of your appointment.  Referrals will only be done on the same day in the case of an emergency and referrals will not be backdated.  Please allow enough time for us to process your referral.

Virginia (Ginny) I. Holbein
CRNP

Virginia (Ginny) I. Holbein, CRNP has been a Registered Nurse for 40 years. Her background includes Cardiopulmonary and Emergency Medicine. She graduated from LaRoche College with a Masters of Nursing for Family Nurse Practitioner in 1998. She is nationally certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and attends to all facets of family health care with an emphasis in diabetes care.

Ginny has been with Trinity Family Practice since 1999.

Sarah Nickells
PA-C

Sarah graduated from Gannon University with her Masters in Physician Assistant in August 2005.  She is certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and has held a medical license in Pennsylvania since 2005, working in emergency medicine and urgent care.  She is very happy to join Trinity Family Practice as of September 2019, attending to all facets of family health care.

Brianna Regney
PA-C

Brianna Regney, MSPAS, PA-C is a family medicine physician assistant certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. She is licensed in Pennsylvania through the State Board of Medicine. Brianna received her physician assistant degree from Slippery Rock University.

Test results may not be immediately available.  Turn around time for results varies depending on the type of testing, where the testing was done and when the results are reviewed by your physician.  Results will be communicated by telephone or mail. Please allow at least one week before contacting us for results. If you have an appointment scheduled within three weeks, the physician will review your test results at the time of your appointment.
