General Admission Requirements:
- Be a United States Citizen or an eligible non-citizen
- Successfully completed the required prerequisite coursework of Algebra, Chemistry with Lab and Biology with Lab with a grade of C or better
- Complete and submit the admissions packet
- Achieve an Adjusted Individual Score of 65% or higher on the ATI TEAS exam to be considered
- Complete an interview with School of Nursing administration
Upon provisional acceptance:
- Applicant must pass health system administered physical and drug screen
- Obtain clearances
We also offer full-tuition scholarships. Students with a desire to attend the Heritage Valley Health System School of Nursing under this scholarship program should inform the school immediately.
Full-tuition scholarship requirements:
- Must be a United States citizen
- Successfully completed the required prerequisite coursework of Algebra, Chemistry with Lab and Biology with Lab with a grade of C or better
- Complete and submit the admissions packet
- Achieve an Adjusted Individual Score of 85% or higher on the ATI TEAS exam to be considered
- Complete an interview with School of Nursing administration
- Complete 50 volunteer hours while in the program.
- Commit to working at Heritage Valley Health System as an RN on a nursing unit for a minimum of 3 years after graduation

- ACT 33 Child Abuse
- ACT 34 Criminal/Elder Abuse
- ACT 114 FBI Fingerprinting
- National Sex Offender Registry (NSOR)
