There are many reasons why your physician may refer you to Heritage Valley Multispecialty Group (HVMG) Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine and our LungCare program. Perhaps you recently had an x-ray or CT of your lungs that showed an abnormality, or you have a history of multiple lung infections. If you are a previous or current smoker, you may want to schedule a Low Dose CT Lung Screening. At HVMG Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine, we see patients on a daily basis who have abnormal chest/lung imaging results. Fortunately, our comprehensive LungCare program staff is available to diagnose and treat these issues.
We know that abnormal imaging results can be frightening. We also know that time saves lives, so we provide a quick and seamless transition from screening to diagnosis to treatment. Whether your diagnosis is cancer, infection or inflammatory disease, follow-up testing and care are conveniently provided within Heritage Valley Health System, enabling us to make certain that you receive the personalized care you need in a timely manner.
