Independent Living

Personal Care
At Heritage Valley Senior Living Community, we understand that there are times when you need a little extra help. We offer personal care for those who need support with activities of daily living. We work with our residents to customize a daily schedule based on individual lifestyles and preferences. Our personal care community features studio, one bedroom and companion suite living options within a comfortable environment equipped with ample closet space, climate control and an emergency call system. These private residences come complete with full baths and access to all of our community services and amenities.
Memory Care
Our memory care community offers a dedicated space for those living with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia. At Heritage Valley, we focus on creating a safe and stimulating setting by promoting purposeful and meaningful tasks and activities. We encourage and honor each individual’s strength by tailoring our interactions to create a community in which everyone feels they belong.
Respite Stays
Respite stays offer temporary relief for caregivers, providing an often much-needed break from caring for an aging loved one. Respite care also benefits the person being cared for, providing a welcome change of routine and an opportunity to meet new friends!
Heritage Valley Senior Living offers respite stays with a 14-day minimum in both Personal Care and Independent Living. Let our professional team help you determine the most beneficial level of care for your short-term needs. With on-site physical therapy, a respite stay may be ideal for post joint replacement patients. Respite residents are encouraged to participate in all meals and activities. Often times, residents enjoy the stay so much that they decide to move in!
The cost is $250/day, with funds being due at the time the respite contract is signed. Medication and physician orders will be needed prior to admission. If physical therapy is requested, a script for therapy services will also be needed.
