At the present time, all ConvenientCare Walk-in Clinics are currently stocked with limited supplies of regular and high-dose (for those over the age of 65) flu vaccines aa well as Covid vaccines.
Flu Shots / Covid Vaccines
Protect yourself and your loved ones this season — flu and Covid vaccines have officially arrived at all ConvenientCare clinics! While some locations are still awaiting their full shipments, we have plenty of supply to begin welcoming the community.
Vaccines are available as a convenient, walk-in service during all regular hours of operation, 7 days a week (Monday – Friday from 8am to 7:30pm at all locations; Saturdays from 8am to 3:30pm at all locations except Kennedy; and Sundays from 8am to 3:30pm at Center, Chippewa, Esmark, and Robinson only).
We will administer Covid vaccines to patients 65 years and above, in addition to patients between the ages of 19-64 who have never received a Covid vaccine or who are at high risk of severe disease (after consultation with their PCP). Patients between the ages of 2-18 should contact their pediatrician or family practice physician for further guidance.

While appointments aren’t required, we recommend giving your preferred clinic a quick call before you arrive to confirm current on-site availability.
COVID Tests
Covid tests are available at Heritage Valley’s ConvenientCare locations. Please note that, at the ConvenientCare sites, we no longer accept orders from your PCP for testing only. If your PCP’s office is unable to obtain your swab, our ConvenientCare Nurse Practitioners are able to see you for an exam and provide necessary testing.
If you have an order for a Covid test from your physician, you may go to any Heritage Valley lab site or hospital for a self-swab test. Please note that these are not rapid results tests.
For ConvenientCare Covid testing:
- Patients must be at least 18 months of age.
- Please bring your insurance card along with identification & be prepared to provide your cell phone number to our staff.
- ConvenientCare Services & Fees
- Please note: If additional lab testing is required, additional costs may be incurred.
- Rapid results are typically available in the clinic within 15 minutes. You will remain in the clinic during the testing time period. If an additional lab confirmation test is required, you will receive a call from a member of our staff, within 24-72 hours, to provide the results.
