COVID Tests
Covid tests are available at Heritage Valley’s seven ConvenientCare locations. Please note that, at the ConvenientCare sites, we no longer accept orders from your PCP for testing only. If your PCP’s office is unable to obtain your swab, our ConvenientCare Nurse Practitioners are able to see you for an exam and provide necessary testing.
If you have an order for a Covid test from your physician, you may go to any Heritage Valley lab site or hospital for a self-swab test. Please note that these are not rapid results tests.
For ConvenientCare Covid testing:
- Patients must be at least 18 months of age.
- Please bring your insurance card along with identification & be prepared to provide your cell phone number to our staff.
- Without insurance, a rapid COVID test done at our clinic will be $38 + $125 for the exam.
- Please note: If additional lab testing is required, additional costs may be incurred.
- Rapid results are typically available in the clinic within 15 minutes. You will remain in the clinic during the testing time period. If an additional lab confirmation test is required, you will receive a call from a member of our staff, within 24-72 hours, to provide the results.
