The Heritage Valley Health System App keeps you connected to quality care. Download the App and use it to access your Health Link Patient Portal; schedule appointments and exams through My Care Link; see a complete listing of all Heritage Valley physicians and health care services; support Heritage Valley through a charitable donation; and store your Heritage Valley Care Card, which will enable you to register quickly at all kiosks. By clicking on the Activity tab, you will see real-time patient activity at Heritage Valley’s Emergency Departments, ConvenientCare clinics and outpatient diagnostic facilities. The Activity tab also allows you to “Get in Line” at our ConvenientCare sites.

Health Link Patient Portal
Through our secure patient portal, Health Link, you have online access to your hospital records, including test results, medications, diagnoses and discharge instructions. The portal can be accessed anytime from any computer or smartphone with internet connection. Click on the link below to create a new account or sign in to an existing account.
My Care Link Scheduling
My Care Link is where you can schedule ultrasounds, screening mammograms, annual gynecologic exams, EEGs, DEXA scans and certain physician office appointments, including Pediatrics. My Care Link can be accessed anytime from any computer or smartphone with internet connection. Click on the link below to create a new account or sign in to an existing account.
“Get in Line” at Heritage Valley’s ConvenientCare
You can “get in line” to see a ConvenientCare practitioner before you leave home! In addition to seeing how many people are ahead of you, we’ve added estimated wait time information. To access this feature on the Heritage Valley app, click on the “Activity” button. Next, click “Heritage Valley ConvenientCare” and then click on the green “Get in Line” box underneath your location. From there, simply follow the instructions!
Care Card
The Care Card is a way for Heritage Valley Health System to identify patients quickly and accurately at Heritage Valley facilities. The Care Card can be used at the following Heritage Valley locations: Hospitals; Medical Neighborhoods; ConvenientCare Clinics; Heritage Valley Multispecialty Group physician offices; Diagnostic, Lab Draw, and other outpatient locations. Click the link below to request a new or replacement Care Card. We provide two Care Cards – a wallet-size card, and a keychain card. Carry the card that works best for you!

The Heritage Valley Health System Foundation serves as the fundraising organization for both Heritage Valley Beaver and Heritage Valley Sewickley, as well as programs and services of Heritage Valley Health System. The Foundation was created with community support and exists today thanks to the generosity of our local communities, patients and friends. When you make a gift to the Foundation, your gift goes directly to work, helping to improve patient care and to support community health initiatives.
