The practice of HVMG Elizabeth-Ann Ruberg, DO is a part of Heritage Valley Multispecialty Group, and we are committed to providing all our patients with the highest level of care. Dr. Elizabeth-Ann Ruberg and Dr. Suzanne Stragand are board certified in Osteopathic Medicine and Family Practice. Dr. Amy Jo Harmasch is board certified in Internal Medicine by the ABIM.

If any of our patients are in need of hospitalization, they would be admitted to Heritage Valley Sewickley, where Dr. Ruberg has staff privileges. We are accepting new patients aged 6 and older for both Dr. Ruberg and Dr. Stragand, as well as ages 16 and up for Dr. Harmasch. We also offer a full range of routine and preventative medical services, including physicals for CDL licensing, and same-day acute care visits are available for established patients.

  • To avoid any unnecessary expenses to the patient, please verify with your insurance company that your services are covered.

Insurances Accepted

We accept all major insurances, including Medicare and Medical Assistance plans.  On the day of your appointment, please make our office staff aware of any changes to your insurance since your previous visit.

Co-pays are collected on the day of the appointment.  For new patient visits, we ask that any insurance that requires the selection of a PCP be notified of your change to our practice prior to your initial visit.
