Ways To Help Reduce Your Risk of Breast Cancer
While Breast Cancer Awareness Month is coming to a close, we want to encourage all women to remain vigilant throughout the year. In addition to monthly self-examinations, yearly clinical breast examinations and annual screening mammograms for women ages 40 and older, there are ways to potentially lower your risk of getting breast cancer. According to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, below are some things that you can do that may lower your chances of getting breast cancer, and may also reduce the risk of other serious conditions such as heart disease and diabetes.
