Heritage Valley Health System will be hosting a free community health fair from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, June 12th at the Heritage Valley Family Medicine Center, 1125 7th Avenue in Beaver Falls. Free medical screenings, giveaway items, raffle prizes, refreshments and games for kids are part of the health fair which is open to the public.
The event is sponsored by the Heritage Valley Family Residency Program and Heritage Valley Community Health Services department and will feature free health screenings and information about various Heritage Valley services and community services. Heritage Valley Health System will have information on diabetes education, the Breath ‘N Easy pediatric asthma program, Staunton Clinic behavioral health, Women’s Health Center heel screenings for osteoporosis, and family planning.

- Head Start
- Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program
- Beaver Falls Police bike safety
- AIDS Coalition – Project Hope AIDs screening
- Gateway drug & alcohol rehabilitation,
- Beaver County Office of Aging,
- Beaver County Children and Youth Services and more.
