Our physicians, Carl G. Sestito, MD, Kristin M. Zvonar, MD, and Christopher Murray, DO are Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and maintain ongoing continuing education to stay up to date with the most current treatment plans available.

Office visits are by appointment only to patients 18 years of age and older. We participate with most major insurance plans.

We provide internal medicine services to adult patients. Some of these services include:  Diabetes prevention and management, Heart disease prevention and management, High cholesterol prevention and management, Physical examinations, Preventative health care physicals, School and sports physicals, Treatment of high blood pressure, Treatment of lung disease and Treatment of arthritis.

We are able to perform many services in the office, such as: Age appropriate immunizations, Electrocardiogram, Ear cleaning, Vision and hearing screening.

Fees and Insurance
We accept most insurance plans and will bill your insurance directly for plans we participate with. Payment for co-pays and non-insured services is expected when the service is rendered. We accept cash, personal checks and major credit cards. Payment arrangements can be made if necessary.

Managed Care Insurance Referrals
If our physicians have referred you to a specialist

for medical care, your insurance company may require that a referral be processed by your primary care physician. We require a 5-7 business day notice to process all non-urgent referral requests. Without adequate notice to our referral department, non-urgent appointments may need to be rescheduled or may not be paid by your insurance company.

For your safety and health, please inform the physician of any medication or change in medication that you take. To ensure accuracy, please either bring your medication bottles or a complete list of your medications to include the name, the dosage (mg) and how often you take the medication. Please also include any over the counter products you take.

Our physicians utilize electronic prescribing to send your prescriptions directly to your pharmacy.

This technology will help ensure the safety and accuracy of your medications. You may request medication refills during your office visit or you may call the office if you need refills between your visits.

Routine medication refills will not be handled over the weekend by the doctor on call.

Physicals required for pre-employment, school (sports or enrollment), camp, adoption, etc.
Physicals that are administrative in nature, meaning they are required to satisfy the requirements of a company, school or organization, are not routinely covered by your health insurance. Because of this, we will not submit a claim to your health insurance

company and you will be required to pay the associated charges at the time the service is rendered. In consideration of this fact, our fee for this service is reduced. Any immunizations or exams required in addition to the physical exam would incur additional expenses. Please contact the office for additional information.
