Many of the ways to reduce your risk of having a stroke involve everyday activities that you can control. Such as eating at least five servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Or walking for at least 30 minutes daily. Even something as simple as regularly checking your blood pressure can help you stay healthy.

For more information on how to prevent strokes, call your primary care physician. To find a physician, call 724.773.4636 or 412.749.7129.
