CHNA Final Summary Report - 2013
Heritage Valley Health System conducted a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) for Heritage Valley Beaver and Heritage Valley Sewickley, which focused on the health needs of Beaver County and select municipalities in the western section of Allegheny County.
The CHNA is based on a review of secondary statistical data, household telephone surveys, key informant interviews, and focus group discussions with health and human service providers and community residents. Representatives of Heritage Valley Health System and area health and human service providers have prioritized the top health needs as a result of this analysis. The top health needs identified during this process have become the basis for the development of the Heritage Valley Health System Implementation Plans.
The CHNA and Heritage Valley Implementation Plans to address the top health issues were approved by the Heritage Valley Health System Board of Directors on June 27, 2019.
A separate CHNA was conducted in 2019 for Heritage Valley Kennedy, formerly Ohio Valley Hospital. Please click on the button below for information on that CHNA.
